We understand that many offices have gone paperless and have either an electronic file that is often hundreds of pages or they have no supporting documents. The information provided greatly influences our success. The better the leads the better the results. Please include police reports, accords, original lease applications, etc...

If you don't have supporting documents, don't worry, our expertise can often solve those difficult puzzles. Frequently we can pinpoint where the information became jumbled and get you back on track to recovery.

If you do have the police report, we find the pages with vehicle information, accident location, tickets issued, passengers, insurance policies or towing service used particularly useful. We do not need your entire file, just the pages with the original clues. This helps us accurately identify your subject and avoid misidentifications, especially common with large databases and common names.
